Josh V – President
Josh enjoys connecting people with their professional desires. After studying Architecture at the University of Texas at Arlington, Josh had his first job working in a startup in Information Technology. After working in IT and Operations Management for 12 years, Josh left IT to pursue his passion in embedded hardware. Josh has developed technology and delivered research papers to SOCOM, DARPA, and the Air Force Information Warfare Center.
Josh is an FAA licensed Private Pilot, Remote Pilot and FCC licensed General Class Amateur Radio Operator
Joe C – Executive Vice President
With a background that combines Lean principles and experience developing and implementing AS 9100 compliant quality systems at aerospace manufacturers, Joe brings a unique and effective approach to drone system operations. Joe received his Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Dallas and his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Texas A&M University.
Joe is an FAA-Certified Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic with an Inspection Authorization and is a certified commercial pilot and flight instructor.
Sam B – Vice President Business Development
Sam spent 11 years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps flying the F/A-18 Hornet. He continues to fly that aircraft today in a Marine Reserve Squadron. He’s a Forward Air Controller (Airborne) and a certified commercial pilot. After building and selling his own oilfield service company, he returned to his passion of aviation.
Sam graduated from Texas A&M University and has received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
Chad F – Chief Engineer
Immediately following his military career as a Nuclear Electrician’s Mate, Chad pursued and obtained a Mechanical Engineering Degree (BSME) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with an emphasis on engineering design.
Chad took a sabbatical from Engineering to pursue several oversea DOD contractor jobs as a Crew Chief for the Shadow 200 and a Maintainer for the Aerosonde platform – a 12 hour endurance ISR asset for Special Forces.
Colt J – Director of Training
Colt studied marketing at West Texas A&M University and upon completion joined the US Army as an Infantrymen serving overseas in multiple operational roles. Among those roles he gained training as a sUAS operator and later qualified as a Master Trainer through Ft. Benning’s Maneuver School of Excellence. He has extensive experience operating and training on sUAS systems utilized by military forces worldwide. Along with his own dynamic flight experience he has trained U.S. and foreign indigenous personnel in diverse environments and situations and possesses the skills and confidence to accomplish any mission or project.
